17th Annual Scholarship Fundraiser

The 17th annual Educational Taste of Excellence: Wine Tasting, Spirits & Jazz event will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at the Paris Las vegas, Champagne Ballroom from 6-10 pm. The event is sponsored by Caesars Entertainment, Lee's Discount Liquor, Southern Wine & Spirits of Nevada, and Khoury's Fine Wine & Spirits. Tickets are $60.00 in advance, $70.00 at the door. Fundraiser Highlights

Champagne Toast: An Educational "Toast" to Excellence will take place at the beginning of the event.

Wine Tasting: Guests will be dressed in understated elegant
evening attire while sampling over 110 domestic and imported
wines from over 25 wineries

Art display: A variety of artwork will be displayed at the event.

Live and Silent Auction: Guests will have the opportunity
to bid on items donated by various hotels & casinos, airlines,
restaurants, golf and ski resorts, etc.

Live Jazz: Woody Woods Quartet

Hors D'oeuvres: Enjoy a cornucopia of hors d'oeuvres and cheeses that compliment the wines.

Culinary Presentation: Paris Chefs will demonstrate how to prepare foods using a variety of wine sauces.

Scholarship Recipients: Scholarship recipients will be introduced
and recognized for their acaeemic achievement.
