16th Annual Scholarship Fundraiser

The 16th annual Educational Taste of Excellence: Wine Tasting, Spirits & Jazz event will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at the Paris Las vegas, Champagne Ballroom from 6-10 pm. The event is sponsored by Harrah's Entertainment, Lee's Discount Liquor, Southern Wine & Spirits of Nevada, Khoury's Fine Wine & Spirits, Marche Bacchus, unWINEd, and Whole Foods Market. Fundraiser Highlights

Wine Tasting: Guests will be dressed in understated elegant
evening attire while sampling over 110 domestic and imported
wines from over 25 wineries

Art display: A variety of artwork be displayed at the event.

Live and Silent Auction: Guests will be given the opportunity
to bid on items donated by various hotels & casinos, airlines,
restaurants, golf and ski resorts, etc.

Live Jazz: Guests will be entertained by Woody Woods Quartet

Hors D'oeuvres: Guests will enjoy a cornucopia of hors d'oeuvres
and cheeses that compliment the wines.

Scholarship Recipients: scholarship recipients will be introduced
and recognized for their excellence in education.
